Dimensions Media Agency was founded by Ashley Smith in 2019. Smith is recognized as a 2023 Radio Ink Magazine African American Leader and has generated millions in digital sales revenue and developed her acumen for digital sales, content production, and integrated marketing as the former digital sales strategist and as a branded content producer in radio markets Atlanta (CBS Radio: V-103, 92.9 The Game, and WAOK 1380) and New York (Emmis Communications: Hot 97, WBLS 107.5, WLIB 1190).
Smith founded Dimensions Media to share her unique cross- departmental collaboration leadership experience and campaign development skills with businesses and organizations of all sizes.
Smith served as the Marketing and Communications Director for the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters (NABOB) where the agency team functioned as the in-house marketing and communications departments leading the digital transformation of the 47 year old organization.
